Twin Owls Steakhouse
Steakhouse at Taharaa Mountain Lodge serving steaks, wild game, seafood and seasonal dishes for dinner, open nightly from 5 pm May to October and fewer nights in winter.
The restaurant on the grounds of Taharaa Mountain Lodge on South Saint Vrain Avenue, with a stone hearth and log beams. Chef Cole Tucker’s menu runs to hand-cut steaks, elk, Colorado lamb, seafood and house desserts, with a wine list and cocktails. From May to October it opens at 5 pm every day, subject to private events; in November and December it serves dinner Wednesday to Sunday, and from January to April Thursday to Sunday, with last seating by 8 pm on most nights.
