Ember is at The Estes Park Resort on the shore of Lake Estes, opened by Sean and Rebecca Gafner as the fifth restaurant of their Gafner Hospitality Group and their first in Estes Park; Sean Gafner is the executive chef. The menus cover breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert, with a bar, and the restaurant also runs event spaces (the Mezz, a gazebo, a pavilion and a ballroom) for weddings and catering.
