Part of the Bird Family Restaurants group, Bird & Jim opens at 11 am every day and gives its closing time as “close”, typically 9 pm; it offers a main menu, a seasonal menu and a kids’ menu. The owner, a sommelier, picks every bottle on the wine list, and the bar mixes craft cocktails. Reservations are encouraged, parties of up to 20 can be seated, and the dress code is mountain casual.
