The Stanley Hotel's steakhouse, named for the rancher and lawyer Alexander MacGregor: prime beef, seafood and cocktails, with a seasonal patio. Reservations strongly recommended.
The Stanley’s evening steakhouse serves premium cuts, seafood and seasonal Colorado dishes; the bar opens an hour before the dining room, at 4 pm. It has a private dining room for groups of 16 to 48, and the hotel strongly recommends reservations. Non-guests are welcome, as at all the hotel’s restaurants.
