Tween & Teen Cooking & Culture: Russian Dumplings
The library’s cooking class for ages 10 to 18, held at the Estes Valley Community Center, makes two kinds of Russian dumplings: meat-filled pelmeni from Siberia and vareniki stuffed with cheese and mashed potato. Registration opens November 4 at 4:30 pm.
